My Cousin the Superhero

My cousin wanted me to do a painting of him anime-style as a superhero who saves the world with music. So this is what I came up with. (He's surfing on a Guitar Hero guitar for those of you who were wondering heh) It's his Christmas present. ^_^

This was actually a collaboration project. I got my boyfriend, Mark, to help me with this. He drew it. I painted it. He helped me finish by doing the outlines of the face and highlights in the hair as well as some of the shading in the sleeves and inside the coat.
